Developing Intercultural Competency & Communications in Coaching Practices
The national cultures across North America have become increasingly diverse requiring coaches to adapt to client perspectives and ways of being.
As coaches, we undertake to honour our client’s identity, agenda and journey.
Is your coaching practice sufficiently prepared to address the needs of diverse cultures?
This customised course offering is designed to equip you with the foundational knowledge and skills to understand, appreciate and work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
The focus is on YOU “the coach”:
- To be equipped with the foundational knowledge and skills to understand and appreciate “Intercultural Competency and Communications”.
- To gain an understanding of the implicit cultural orientation differences that we have as individuals through the implementation of the Cultural Orientations Framework – COF™ created by Philippe Rosinski (rated in Top Gurus).
- To enable inclusion in your coaching practice.
