To think of creating a pathway – being an Observer of your Life, you may consider the following:
- Observe without judgment. Avoid labeling or categorizing what you observe, and simply be present with what is happening around you. Do not judge yourself, and refrain from negative self labelling.
- Observe details: Pay attention to details and try to notice things that might not be immediately obvious. Be curious and ask questions about what you are observing.
- Remain focused: It is important to stay focused on what you are observing and avoid distractions. So that you do not get distracted and go off your course. This may require discipline and practice to develop the skill of sustained attention. Slow and steady wins the race.
- Be open to new perspectives: As an observer, be open to new perspectives and be willing to challenge your own assumptions and biases. This can help you see things from a different point of view and gain a deeper understanding of what you are observing.
- Be willing to step out of your Comfort Zone and try new ways of doing things. Slow and steady wins the race.
- Reflect on your observations: Take time to reflect on your observations and consider what insights or conclusions you can draw from them. This may involve journaling or discussing your observations with others to gain new perspectives.
